Is it safe to order online from the the Animal Collective Store?

All orders are sent down 256bit encrypted SSL from your computer to ours.

All payments are encrypted and sent directly to our third party payment company, Sagepay. This means that although we can issue refunds via Sagepay, no one here has access to your full payment details.

Sagepay are used by a large number of online stores for payment processing. They have been recognized as achieving the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving an order, provided the item is not a pre-sale item. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as it is ready to be processed.

MP3 Digital Downloads

If you have purchased one or more MP3's from us as a digital download, you will be able to download your MP3's as part of the checkout process. You will also find instructions in the confirmation email that you received from us after your order on how to download the MP3's. You are permitted 5 attempts to download your MP3's for security reasons. If you are unable to download the MP3's after that, then please get in touch with us.

Pre-sale Items

We will ship your goods to you to arrive the week of release and you will receive an email when they have left our warehouse.

For UK and US orders, please get in touch if your order hasn't arrived within two weeks of dispatch. For international orders, please get in touch if your order hasn't shown up a month after your dispatch notice.

My order hasn't shown up, what should I do?

Before you email..

Please ensure have the date your order was placed, your surname or your order number handy. They are all in the confirmation email we will have sent you.

How can I pay you for your merchandise?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch through the site. There is no minimum order.

What if I want/need to return an item I've purchased from you?

We will replace any factory-defective item purchased from our site with a fresh copy of that title.

Please email us and tell us the title and format of the defective item, what's wrong with it, and when you bought it. Once the return has been approved by email, send it back to the contact address; we'll confirm that the item sent back is defective and then send you a replacement copy.

If you mail the title back to us, please be sure to pack it well; we can't be responsible for replacing items damaged by Royal Mail.

We are unable to grant cash refunds; if we are out of stock on the defective item's replacement copy, you can choose to be refunded the amount on your card or you can choose to wait for new stock to arrive on the original defective item.

Why does my bank statement show the payment as taken by Domino Recording Co. Ltd?

Animal Collective online store is fulfilled and managed by Domino Recording Co. Ltd. This is the name you will see on your bank statement for any transactions relating to the physical and digital store. You will be talking to us whenever you have a query regarding an order etc.
